The Mahoenui Valley residence is a 22 hectare country estate with a 2,300 sqm residential complex originally designed by Greg Noble. In both scale and design it is one of New Zealand’s most storied and recognizable properties.

Our intent has been to design with sympathy to the existing high-quality materials used throughout the home yet introduce a refined and modern palette to reflect the lifestyle of a family group who enjoy balancing work and pleasure.

The proposed brief envisages architectural and interior refurbishment of the entire main residence, including pool and loggia, cottage, and barn as well as procurement of soft fitout and décor items.
